I'm here in town for work and tried this for lunch! We ordered the octopus and goat cheese as appetizers and both super unique and yummy! I ordered the lobster roll and a side of lobster mac n cheese and both were very delicious! Service by Steve was amazing he was sassy in a cute way! I will be returning to try the oysters next time! Highly recommend trying this place out!

Restaurant week started today and this is the 2nd year we have tried it out at Urban Seafood. Now don’t think you can come and get what they have for restaurant week on their regular menu. That’s the only disappointment because the restaurant week items are very special and delicious so you gotta come check them out $29 for two course meal $49 for a three horse meal totally worth it.
We did get the Wood grilled oysters, which is on their regular menu and they were lemony and cooked to perfect perfection; I would highly recommend.
See all the pictures, but we got a lot of stuff because me and my husband shared and got different items like shrimp corn dogs, lobster bisque, steak, Parmesan flounder pistachio cake and dark chocolate Panna cotta !
We also tried a fun drink called frozen velvet hammer, which was chocolatey and delicious. A nice sweet treat to compliment the meal.

My wife and I always enjoy this place. Never any issues. We've been going all over DFW during the Restaurant week and found that USC was participating this event. Lately restaurants are really doing nothing good and just sub par on the event menus. Small portions, very basic, and just not that great. But today we ended our Restrant Week here at USC and must say with 5 star. Finally a Restaurant who cares. Thank you Gabe for your awesome service. Everything we had was amazing and succulent... we forgot to take pics on our main dish becasue we were so hungry. We had steak and fish which was part of their Restaurant Week offering. We added some delicious oysters as we always do.

The food was delicious, we be back!
Clownfish Mezcalita -7/10 nothing wrong with it, I just prefer other flavors
Shrimp and Crab Gumbo - 4/10 just choose something different
Shrimp Cocktail - 100/10 the smokiness was perfect
Burger - 8/10 thicker patties than I was prefer ( I like smash burgers) but still really good!
Fish and Chips- 9/10 really good, the person who got them doesn’t eat fish and loved them!!
Lobster grilled cheese- 7/10 the tomato broth for dipping was the best part, it’s worth skipping
Carrot Cake - 8/10 really good but served cold and we prefer room temp cake but it’s definitely worth getting!!

It's best to make a reservation if you want to eat there. I consider it an authentic seafood restaurant since they have their own little market place. Great spot for a date night ❤️. Also great for gathering your closest friends for a dinner outing. Food and drinks are delicious!

My 4th time eating here and I feel obliged to write a review. Upscale and classy yet somehow it manages to have a laid back atmosphere. We decided to go heavy appitizers for dinner and it worked out! We did a dozen oysters 6 Mobjack bay and half Bluepoint fresh and fantastic...they went perfect with the goat cheese appitizer...and also the spanish charred octopus. I had some new england clam chower which is a solid 10/10 and wrapped it up with the key lime pie which was perfectly balanced tart and sweet. This place is just lots of fun with great staff, amazing fresh food and a classy but laid back vibe. 10/10!

Downtown Plano seafood restaurant. The establishment is in an apartment area on main street. The interior is perfect for its location. I grabbed a seat at the bar and was immediately greeted. I ordered crab claws and sea scallops with an IPA. The server brought bread and butter.
The server did an excellent job of waiting on me and making suggestions.
The dinner was delicious along with the modern, hip vibe of the restaurant. Everyone did their job to pull off such a wonderful meal. Ohh, I ordered bread pudding as suggested by the server.
The delicious experience came out to approximately $90. After tip, the total bill was $110. Well worth the experience. I shall return.

Gorgeous atmosphere, like a high-end date place. Tasty complimentary crackers in a can.
The raw oysters were large and had a tasty vinegar-like sauce to add, in addition to the red sauce and horseradish. The wood-grilled oysters with herbed bread crumbs were a little dry and not my favorite.
The fish and chips' fish was super tender, and the batter was thin and soft, seemingly healthier than hard and crunchy batter, and it was not salty. The french fries were great and different - thin and wide.
The gumbo is not a dark salty roux and is instead lighter-colored and seemed healthy.
We were celebrating a birthday, and the waitress brought out a complementary ice cream with a sparkler cannon thing! That was a treat!
My wife is eager to to back. You will love it for a date or any occasion.
